This is my first year to teach in Grove, I am a special education teacher at The Lower Elementary.
I started teaching in 2006. I spent my first 7 years teaching at Horace Mann Elementary in Shawnee, OK. I taught 4th grade for four years then moved to 5th grade and taught math for 3 years. My husband got a job at MSSU in Joplin in 2013 and we moved to Galena, KS. When we moved I taught 4th grade for two years at Fairview Elementary in Carthage, MO. In 2015 I got the opportunity to teach middle school in Commerce, OK. Last year I taught special education at Alexander Elementary in Commerce, OK.
I have been married to my husband Eddie for 18 years. My husband currently works at MSSU as an academic advisor. We have a 3 year old son, Greyson, who is the light of our life.
I love to watch movies and tv. I also like to go play outside with my son.
